Starting estimate per visit. The final commercial quote depends on the property type, actual cleanable square footage, condition, cleaning frequency, number of washrooms, scope of work and any special cleaning requirements. Commercial carpet and upholstery extraction is quoted separately.
Recurring commercial contracts are priced individually — tell us your schedule and we will quote it properly rather than repeating the one-time rate.

Commercial cleaning questions
Do you clean outside business hours?
Yes — evenings, early mornings or weekends. Tell us the window that keeps your team and customers undisturbed and we'll work to it.
Can we start with a trial before committing to a schedule?
Of course, and we'd encourage it. Starting with a one-off clean or a short trial period is the sensible way to find out whether we're a fit before anyone signs anything.
Do you supply consumables — paper, soap, liners?
We can manage and restock washroom supplies for you, or you can keep supplying your own and we'll flag when stock is running low. Tell us which you'd prefer and we'll price it accordingly.
How do you handle keys, alarm codes and access?
Keys and fobs are numbered and stored securely, never labelled with your address, and alarm codes are recorded separately from them. We can also work with an existing access system or a lockbox if you have one.
What documentation can you provide for our records?
Tell us what your business or property manager requires and we'll confirm exactly what we can supply before you commit to anything.
